You’ve probably been hearing a lot about mobility work lately. It’s nothing new to the health and fitness world, but it might be new to you. The goal of mobility work is to be able to move through a range of motion freely, and with strength. There are so many benefits associated with increased mobility including: higher performance when performing an activity, faster recovery time, increased (but not exaggerated) joint mobility, decreased risk of injury and many more.
