Women's Gathering 2019
"Spring Cleaning"

Trinity's Women's Gathering is one of our favorite events of the year, and we hope that you will join us on April 12th and 13th as we "stay-treat" in our studio and brand-new kitchen!

This year's focus will be on "spring cleaning" your diet, your exercise form, and your mindset in order to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.
This mind, body, and faith gathering for women will include
  • Guest speakers: Dr Laura Miles of Vitruvia Julie Wulfert, Holistic Nutrition Counselor as well as our own Kary Ott, Owner of Trinity Exercise Studio.
  • Exercise classes focusing on cleaning up form and technique for cardio, strength and yoga with Amanda Schenberg, Sydney Looper, Kary Ott and Katie Kanak
  • Cooking demos & healthy portioned meals (dinner, breakfast, lunch and snacks) 
  • Live music with Jami Smith, Christian Singer/songwriter 
  • Educational and faith-based lectures
  • Worship, fellowship and more!

Dr. Laura Miles of Vitruvia in Edmond, OK specializes in anti-aging and regenerative medicine for hormone balancing and integrative approaches for optimum health. Dr. Miles will speak on ‘Preserving Wonder Woman’ Saturday morning. 
Julie Wulfert, Holistic Nutrition Counselor, will offer a two-part message; ‘Start Improving and Stop Fixing’. 
Jami Smith, Christian singer/songwriter will lead live music. 
Kary Ott, owner of Trinity Exercise Studio, will lead fitness sessions and a message on ‘Cleaning Up Behaviors.’ 1 Tim 4:12 “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. “ 
Amanda Schenberg, Senior VP Trinity Business, Creative Arts and Personal Trainer/Instructor at Trinity Exercise Studio will lead cardio and strength sessions and a cooking demonstration on a almond butter fudge.  
Sydney Looper, VP of Trinity Kitchen and Personal Trainer/Instructor will lead cardio and strength sessions and a cooking demonstration
Katie Kanak, certified Yoga Instructor, will lead yoga sessions to help clean up form and technique and the power of breath.

Keto 10-day Weight-loss Program

We are excited to announce that we are partnering with Dr. Laura Miles of Virtruvia as she kicks off her 2nd group weight loss program of the new year. Dr. Miles will be working with participants to adapt a 10-day Keto diet to kick-off their weight loss journey. During this program participants will receive their macro recommendations and successfully learn how to adapt a healthy Keto eating plan by incorporating healthy proteins, healthy fats (avocados, nuts, seeds, fish, fish oil, coconut oil, etc.), low carbohydrate veggies (think nutrients!) and exercise.

Best of all, Trinity Kitchen is here to help you with the leg work! We will be providing a healthy Keto cooking class and preparing healthy, fresh, Keto-approved meals to meet your macro requirements daily.

Mother's Day Brunch
Cooking Demo, Brunch, Fitness, Self-love Workshop

Sorry, fellas, this one is for the lovely ladies in your life. We hope that you will join us (bring your mom and/or daughter) for an afternoon workout followed by a  cooking demonstration and brunch. During brunch Julie Wulfurt, Integrated Nutrition Specialist will be putting on a wellbeing and self-love workshop.
On the menu: build-your-own avocado toast and fruit-yogurt parfait.

Ages: 10+ please (as we will be working out)
Fee: $45 for mom and daughter. Additional $10 per daughter.

Commit to Fit 2.0

Who's ready for another Commit to Fit Challenge? Our first challenge was a complete success - healthy habits were created and personal goals were crushed.

This challenge will be a 4 week challenge and you'll have the opportunity to purchase a meal plan, so that you can be sure to stay on track with healthy, balanced meals (that are super tasty).

You can also expect: cooking classes, accountability group, Bryan Ott's Weekly Words, Weekly challenges, and a celebration at the end of the program!

Prenatal Fitness

We are proud to offer safe, effective and individualized pre and post-natal training sessions at Trinity!

Kary has taught fitness classes and pre and postnatal training sessions for over 20 years in various settings including a hospital, a corporate fitness center, and at Trinity. She is ACSM certified and holds the following specialty certifications: Healthy Moms, Moms-in-Motion, and Motherwell Maternity Fitness.

She enjoys training expecting and new moms during such a social time in their lives. "No two pregnancies are the same. It is fascinating how each mom-to-be has a unique experience. I enjoy creating individualized training programs to help moms stay fit to deliver a healthy baby."
