At Trinity we believe that a well balanced life includes a fitness trinity of cardio, strength and stretch exercises. Our goal is to offer well rounded workouts through group classes and training sessions to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals. We are creative at eliminating obstacles that come between you and your health.



At Trinity you will find that our studio is comprised of a community of people with the same goal in mind; to become healthier "mind, body, and spirit". Trinity is a place where you can "escape" the frenzy of everyday life to truly focus on your health and wellbeing. Our atmosphere is positive, fun and overflowing with encouragement. Our staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and there to serve you, and our facility is clean and comfortable.

Kary Ott


Kary’ passion is to share her love for fitness in creative ways to help clients improve overall wellness- the physical, mental, and spiritual. Kary received a P.S. in Exercise and Sport Science and began her career as a Fitness Specialist/ Group Exercise Coordinator for St. Mary’s Hospital at Vital Signs Wellness Center in Enid. In 2005 the Otts moved to the OKC Metro where Kary worked at the Chesapeake Energy Fitness Center as the Group Exercise and Youth Activities Coordinator. During this time she also created the Pregnancy Fit program for their employees. With 20+ years of experience in wellness, she feels blessed to own and operate Trinity Exercise Studio with her husband, Bryan Ott. She loves working with all ages and levels of clients from healthy to chronic or high risk. Her journey has allowed her to train with top fitness professionals in the industry from which she has obtained many qualifying certifications.

Bryan Ott


It is Bryan’s belief that his fitness journey can serve as an inspiration to others. Following an athletic youth, Bryan obtained an Accounting and Finance degree and spent 20 years holding various positions in public and corporate finance. During the first 10 years of his career, he remained very active and engaged in athletic activities. However, as his career progressed, he developed a sedentary lifestyle for a 5 year period. During those 5 years he experienced an unhealthy weight gain of 65 pounds. With Kary’s help and support he made a commitment in late 2007 to turn his health and fitness lifestyle around and began the trek to shed the weight. He understands the struggles of weight management and has a passion to help others over spiritual, exercise and nutritional hurdles. In 2013, he joined his partner, best friend and wife, Kary Ott, full-time in their passionate journey and Gods will to lay the groundwork for Trinity Exercise Studio.

Amanda Schenberg

Wellness and Creative Coordinator

Through her own personal experience, Amanda has realized the profound affect that a healthy lifestyle, including a balance of healthy eating, exercise, and doing things you love (in her case, art) can have on a life. She is passionate about helping others to reach their goals and find their own path toward health; mind, body and spirit. Amanda realizes that this journey will be different for each and every person, and enjoys finding creative ways to help others incorporate healthy habits into their daily lives. 

Prior to working at Trinity, Amanda graduated from Gannon University in Erie, PA with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and soon after obtained a job in a Creative field where she furthered her creative abilities, especially in the realm of social media and marketing. Since joining the Trinity team in 2017, she has been able to incorporate both of her passions into her career through personal training, group instruction, website design and social media marketing.

Carrie Puryear

Administrative Assistant

Carrie left the corporate world a few years ago to start her own business. She was the owner and operator of One Lucky Mutt next door to Trinity Exercise Studio. In that time she met and became good friends with Bryan and Kary Ott. Once she sold her business Bryan and Kary contacted her to come work for them. Carrie is an administrative assistant and does whatever she needs to do to help the Otts with their business, from bookwork, taking care of client signups and registrations, to cleaning and running errands.

Sydney Looper

Sydney grew up in an immediate family that valued healthy eating and exercising, but watched her extended family suffer from diseases caused by the exact opposite. For that reason, health has always meant nourishing her body with nutrient rich foods and quality movement. For Sydney, running long distances, circuit training, and eating whole foods has always made her feel her very best, and that is exactly what she wants everyone to find.  It may not be running, circuit training, or a strictly whole foods diet that makes each person feel their best, but she truly believes there are certain exercises and foods that will help individuals become the best version of themselves.

 Sydney is passionate about empowering people to be the very best they can be, so they can pursue their calling in life well.  She believes that eating healthy foods and movement will lead you to reach goals in life that you never thought were possible!
