Amanda Parsons, M.A., RD/LD

Amanda graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Health Promotion then completed her Master's at the University of Oklahoma in Dietetics. Amanda practiced for six years as the Senior Corporate Dietitian at Chesapeake Energy. She has extensive skill with providing educational opportunities and nutritional consultations for small group workshops, cooking demonstrations and grocery tours. Additionally, Amanda is a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Lactation Counselor and holds a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management

Jennifer Ray, MS, RD/LD

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Jen has been a Registered Dietitian since 2008. She had the privilege of working for OU in the Nutritional Sciences Department as well as the Diabetes and Endocrinology Section at OU Children's Hospital. Jen worked as a corporate Dietitian in the OKC Metro where she developed a love of building relationships through nutritional counseling services. As a Christian, she feels our "spiritual Walk is closely intertwined with our physical and psychological well being."

Julie Wulfert, Holistic Health Counselor

Julie is a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor who studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.  Specializing in compulsive and emotional eating addictions, Julie understands the necessity of creating a whole foods based plan that is specifically designed for your family and lifestyle.
