In this class you will experience our "fitness Trinity" and sample a variety of ways to improve overall cardio endurance, full body strength and stretching exercises (can include rhythmic movements such as POUND, Turbo-kick kickboxing, RIPPED, tubing, dumbbells, TRX and more)
