We've created this class for active older adults...we'll meet you at your current fitness level and work with you closely to increase strength, cardio endurance, balance to improve quality
of life.
Days: Monday & Wednesday
Time: 6:45 - 7:30 a.m.

Cardio, Strength, Stretch
We love to offer a variety of options that keep the body guessing in order to improve overall health. In this class you will experience our "fitness Trinity" and sample a variety of ways to improve overall cardio endurance, full body strength and stretching exercises (can include rhythmic movements such as POUND, Turbo-kick kickboxing, RIPPED, tubing, dumbbells, TRX and more)

HIIT Fusion
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) includes a variety of fast paced movements to burn calories. The duration of intervals varies weekly.
